This website provides content, and services for Business Professionals and is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 years old. We do not intentionally collect or store personal data provided by anyone under 13 years of age.

What information we collect

We use several measures to keep your data secure, these include but are not limited to, authenticated access to internal databases, anonymise and encrypted data wherever necessary and regular checks and audits of all web security.

Adhering to data protection laws, we strive to apply appropriate measure to protect your personal data and prevent any unauthorised access or misuse of it. The servers where we keep your personal data are located in the United Kingdom.

If you ae an EU resident TechKnowledge will only share your personal data with any Third Party after gaining your consent.

We may pass your details to our partners, or future partners based on your access to the content on our sites, this may include information about your interests derived from your activity on our websites. We may disclose information in the form of market research, by compiling it in to reports or dashboards, which show trends in content across our services. It may also include a description of your activity and interest in our website and the engagement with advertising, editorial and partner content.

Content you requested as well as services and content that might interest you

Your personal data may be shared within TechKnowledge’s network to provide you with information and product, content and services that might be of interest to you and for internal analytics and development purposes. It may also be shared with third parties to deliver content that has been third party sponsored or other services that you request. As previously stated, your personal data continues to be held by TechKnowledge unless you specifically indicate that TechKnowledge can share it with a third party sponsor. Business Operations

Your personal data may also be shared with third parties we have contracted to support TechKnowledge’s operations including, delivery, fulfilment, payment processing, email deployment, suppression list management and data processing.

Third Party Sponsored Content and Events

We may ask you to provide us with personal data as part of a third party registration as TechKnowledge partners with third parties to help provide content to our users such as whitepaper, seminars, live webinars and OnDemand webinars as well as other business services or offers.

Your personal data may be used to send you business offers you requested, and it may be shared with the third party sponsor/s to communicate with you regarding the offer. Please note that once your personal data is shared with the Third Party, their privacy policy, including information on how to opt out in the future will apply to your personal data

Required by Law

Your personal data may be shared when requested by law or be shared when necessary to comply with a valid legal process. It may also be used to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements with you. There may be a need to protect the rights, safety or property of TechKnowledge, our customer or others including exchanging information with other companies and organisation for the purpose of fraud protection.

New Ownership

If part or all of TechKnowledge or any of its services or products are sold or transferred, your personal data will be transferred to the new owner.

International Data Transfers

We may transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to external third parties if they are based outside the EEA.

If TechKnowledge  shares your personal data within the TechKnowledge  Publishing Network or with any other third party as described in this privacy policy, and your personal data is transferred to a State which is not a Member State of either the European Union or the EEA, or deemed adequate by the European Commission, TechKnowledge (as a data controller/data exporter) will only conduct such a transfer (to a data processor/data importer) if there are suitable safeguards in place, such as binding corporate rules, standard contractual clauses, approved Codes of Conduct, or approved certification mechanism. How long we keep your personal data

We hold your personal data for the duration of our business relationship, and we hold your information as long as necessary for each purpose we use it for unless we have obtained consent to use for another or a similar purpose.

Normally we hold and process your data for a maximum of seven (7) years from the date when you last interacted with our service. If you have never interacted with our service, we will normally hold and process your data for forty-eight months form the date when we first contact you about our services. In this context ‘interact’ means following a link which we send to you or authenticating yourself on our sites. We will delete your personal data earlier where you requested to do so as provided below.
